Interior Design & Architectural Internship

About the role

Pulsaris Design is seeking a motivated Interior Design/Architectural Intern to join our on‑site team in Mombasa. You will work closely with senior designers, gaining hands‑on experience across commercial, corporate, and residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with space planning and develop interior layout drawings.
• Create technical drawings and 3D renders using ArchiCAD, SketchUp or similar tools.
• Conduct site surveys, support site supervision, and ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Collaborate with senior designers on research, concept development, and project timelines.

Required profile

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of space planning and interior design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for design and eagerness to learn new techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, SketchUp or comparable drafting software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Experience with 3D rendering software.
