Inventory Coordinator

About the role

Puratos is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of goods between production, warehouse operations, suppliers, and customers. The role demands rigorous attention to detail, strong audit mindset, and adherence to safety, quality, and food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee efficient movement of goods.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet service level targets.
• Foster collaboration across teams to ensure seamless logistics processes.
• Uphold safety, quality, hygiene, and audit readiness in the warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or team‑lead role.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, and food‑safety compliance.
