Inventory Officer – Renewable Energy (Solar Solutions)

About the role

The Inventory Officer will support Brites Management Services Limited’s renewable energy (solar solutions) operations by ensuring accurate stock records, efficient warehouse management, and timely material distribution to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records in the inventory management system, recording receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories to verify accuracy.
• Organise the warehouse, label and categorise materials, and monitor condition to prevent damage.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports, reconcile physical and system balances, and support audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, operations and logistics teams to forecast needs, avoid stock‑outs and optimise reorder levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 3 years) in inventory or stock control.
• Proven ability to manage warehouse operations and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills for discrepancy investigations.
