Investor Relations Graduate Trainee

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Graduate Trainee to join its Investor Relations (IR) team. This position offers hands‑on experience supporting loan compliance, lender due diligence, and analytical projects in a fast‑paced social‑enterprise environment. You will work closely with a small, cross‑regional IR team and report to the Investor Relations Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial and operational reports for lenders and internal senior leadership.
• Assist with interest payments, reconciliations, and loan documentation.
• Maintain lender records, support loan signing and closing processes, and improve IR systems.
• Coordinate due‑diligence requests, gather information across teams, and create summaries, spreadsheets, and presentations for current and prospective lenders.
• Support financial modeling, dashboard creation, research, and special projects that inform finance and IR decisions.

Required profile

• Strong interest in finance, impact investing, or accounting.
• Ability to work with global lenders and investors in a collaborative environment.
