IT Manager

About the role

The Manager, IT will be responsible for defining and executing the IT strategy in line with the global company goals. This leadership role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems to ensure operational efficiency, security, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that support business goals and conduct regular assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring security, availability, and optimal performance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Establish and manage IT service delivery processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
• Build and lead a high‑performing IT team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior management and negotiate contracts with external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a busy IT department or BPO environment.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing IT teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
