About the role
The IT Sales Representative will sell software products and services to both new prospects and existing customers. This full‑time, entry‑level position is based on‑site in Nandi, Kenya, within Elite Interactive’s software technology division. The role focuses on driving revenue through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. The successful candidate will engage with customers to understand their needs, present tailored software solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Reporting to the sales manager, they will contribute to the growth of Elite Interactive’s market presence in the region.
Required profile
- Holder of a diploma in Sales and Marketing (preferred).
- Previous experience selling technology products or services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self‑motivation.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
