Juice Barista – Full-Time Position

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Juice Barista to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be responsible for preparing a wide range of fresh beverages while delivering a friendly, high‑quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, wellness shots and protein shakes following standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate and maintain commercial‑grade juicers, blenders and mixers, ensuring daily cleaning and sanitisation.
• Provide warm, attentive customer service, taking orders accurately and handling feedback professionally.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, monitor ingredient freshness, and apply FIFO stock rotation.
• Track inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, supplements and consumables, reporting low stock and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff, support opening/closing duties and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts or a related field.
• At least 36 months of relevant experience in a beverage‑preparation environment.
• Mid‑level qualification as indicated in the posting.

• Operation of commercial‑grade juicers.
• Blender and mixer handling.

• Inventory management using FIFO principles.
• Sanitisation and equipment maintenance procedures.
