Junior Graphic Designer – Creative & Design

About the role

Kapa Oil Refineries is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support its diverse consumer‑goods portfolio. The role will work within the marketing team to create visual assets that reinforce brand identity across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital marketing assets such as social media graphics, online ads, e‑shots, website banners and WordPress landing pages.
• Produce print collateral including brochures, flyers, catalogues, POS materials and promotional merchandise.
• Create artwork for outdoor media – billboards, vehicle wraps, wall branding and event signage.
• Develop motion graphics, GIFs, video edits and product mock‑ups to support campaigns.
• Maintain brand books, guidelines and visual identity assets for all Kapa Oil brands.
• Coordinate with printers, suppliers and external agencies to ensure quality execution.
• Organise and manage digital asset libraries, ensuring version control and compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related fine‑arts field.
• Minimum two years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in FMCG, advertising or marketing.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and artwork preparation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience using Adobe After Effects for motion graphics (plus).
• Familiarity with WordPress and Canva.
• Basic video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of branding, digital marketing and social‑media design.
• Awareness of AI‑driven creative tools (advantage).
