Junior Graphic & Presentation Designer

About the role

Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is seeking a detail‑driven Junior Graphic & Presentation Designer to turn complex content into clean, visually compelling documents. The role supports teams in finalising proposals, reports and presentations for international projects, often under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Transform proposals and reports into polished, professional documents.
• Design and enhance graphs, charts and visual elements for clarity and modern appeal.
• Create high‑quality PowerPoint presentations for clients and project deliverables.
• Develop marketing materials for projects, events and communications.
• Ensure consistency in layout, formatting and branding across all outputs.
• Align all outputs with Frankfurt School branding requirements.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in graphic or document design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating document layout, presentation design and visual communication.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word.
