About the role

Blue Oak Consulting is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a large‑scale engagement for a major East Coast commercial client. The position is fully remote and focuses on coordinating financial modeling and data validation work that underpins advisory recommendations on capital allocation and pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Track progress of data collection across multiple client departments.
• Review financial models for logical errors and ensure assumptions are documented and tested.
• Prepare concise status updates highlighting risks and data gaps.
• Verify historical P&L figures against projected acquisition assumptions.
• Organize remote workshops and interviews with subject‑matter experts.
• Maintain the project documentation repository for easy access and verification.
• Collaborate with the analysis team to ensure deliverables meet standards for clarity and financial rigor.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential delays.
