Junior Project Manager

About the role

Vision 2063 Foundation is looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to support the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of European Union‑funded and other donor‑funded projects. The role will assist the Project Manager in coordinating activities, managing documentation and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project resources, timelines and information across all activities.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, implementing and monitoring EU‑funded and other donor projects.
• Ensure delivery of project tasks according to approved work plans, budgets and schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify challenges and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain project schedules and track milestones and deliverables.
• Organise and facilitate partner meetings, workshops and project events.
• Communicate updates and status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation complies with EU funding regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in developing concept notes and proposals for grant applications.
• Hold regular meetings with partners to align activities with project objectives.
• Research funding opportunities and gather relevant information.
• Design social media posters and communication materials using Canva.
• Manage and update social media platforms and digital communication channels.
• Support visibility and communication activities in line with EU requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in project coordination, administration or management.
• Experience with EU‑funded programmes (e.g., Erasmus+, CERV, Horizon Europe) is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication and multitasking abilities.
