About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Nairobi. In this entry‑level position you will support the sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads and arranging discovery meetings for senior sales agents.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email outreach.
• Identify decision‑makers and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update prospect information in the CRM.
• Nurture leads with timely follow‑up communication.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business leaders and decision‑makers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
