As a Junior Shift Area Manager in Amazon Logistics you will lead a diverse team on the warehouse floor, ensuring safety, productivity and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the shift.

• Identify process improvements and drive continuous optimisation of work flow.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and share best practices.
• Work with engineers and cross‑functional partners on technical enhancements.
