Junior Venture Builder Internship

About the role

Join Pyramidia as a Junior Venture Builder Intern and work directly with the Venture Building Lead to execute field pilots and support early‑stage ventures in the agriculture sector. This hands‑on role offers exposure to market analysis, on‑ground operations, and venture creation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Venture Builder in structuring and evaluating new venture opportunities, including market sizing, unit economics and risk mapping.
• Set up and run field pilots, coordinate customer testing, and follow sprint plans.
• Collect, organize and clean pilot data to inform go/no‑go decisions.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks such as logistics, supplier and customer coordination, scheduling and partnership follow‑ups.
• Track field feedback and performance metrics, flagging issues for rapid iteration.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and day‑to‑day tasks for founders and venture teams.
• Maintain trackers, summarize learnings and prepare progress updates.
• Contribute to the Pyramidia Venture Building Playbook and help document insights.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a high‑performance environment (startup, consulting, operations, etc.); recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and willingness to work hands‑on in resource‑constrained settings.
• Passionate about Pyramidia’s mission and values.

Required skills

• Data collection, organization and cleaning.
• Basic financial analysis (market sizing, unit economics).
• Project coordination and logistics management.
