About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Hardware Sales Manager to lead our regional sales operations in Kisumu. The role combines strategic planning, customer relationship management and team leadership to drive revenue growth across hardware and agricultural tool product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee regional sales operations to meet revenue and profit targets in line with company standards.
• Manage existing customer relationships, increase purchase volumes and acquire new customers to fill market gaps.
• Develop and strengthen distribution channels for kitchen utensils, hardware agricultural tools, tires and wooden boards, expanding channel reach.
• Drive product development by proposing new ideas, conducting research and preparing feasibility reports.
• Lead and manage local sales and customer service teams, ensuring performance targets are met and supporting onboarding and training of new members.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including managing a team of at least five members.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop distribution networks.
• Excellent command of the English language.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Data analysis capabilities.
