Landscape Installation Technician

About the role

We are looking for energetic, hard‑working individuals to join our team as Landscape Installation Technicians. You will work closely with foremen and landscape designers to ensure that every project meets our high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Implement landscape and plant material according to design specifications.
• Maintain daily accurate records of materials used and labor hours.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently on job sites.
• Enforce safety practices and company policies.
• Communicate directly with foremen and designers to resolve any installation issues.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to accept constructive criticism.
• Positive attitude, strong time‑management skills, and dependable work ethic.
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 80 lb and work in varied weather conditions.
• Team‑oriented with a willingness to encourage collaboration.

Required skills

• Knowledge of landscape materials and associated installation techniques.
• Plant identification ability.
• Proficiency in operating landscape machinery.
• Commercial Class A driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to safety practices on site.
