Landscaper

About the role

The Landscaper will maintain and improve the company’s gardens, lawns, trees, flower beds and other outdoor areas. This full‑time position ensures that all grounds are clean, attractive, safe and well‑kept across offices, factories and staff facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, trees and shrubs throughout the premises.
• Mow, trim and edge grass to the required standard.
• Prune trees, shrubs and ornamental plants to promote healthy growth.
• Plant flowers, trees, grass and other vegetation as directed.
• Prepare planting areas, including soil preparation, digging, levelling and fertiliser application.
• Remove weeds, unwanted vegetation and overgrown plants.
• Water lawns, flowers, trees and monitor plants for pests, disease or damage.
• Apply approved fertilisers, manure, pesticides and herbicides following safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools such as lawn mowers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, wheelbarrows, spades and rakes.
• Carry out routine cleaning, inspection and safe storage of equipment.
• Collect and manage garden waste, ensuring proper disposal.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 12 months of landscaping or grounds‑maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate and maintain a range of landscaping equipment safely.
• Willingness to follow company safety procedures and use personal protective equipment.
