Lead Business Analyst

About the role

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive data‑focused decision‑making across its product portfolio. In this senior position you will own the analytics roadmap, define key metrics, and translate insights into growth strategies for acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high‑performing analytics team, establishing disciplined processes and a clear data strategy.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and growth plans for assigned products.
• Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests to optimise the conversion funnel across online and offline channels.
• Partner with product, growth, and engineering managers to ensure data collection aligns with business objectives.
• Generate actionable insights on customer acquisition cost, segment engagement, share‑of‑wallet, and product impact.
• Own and optimise end‑to‑end metrics covering the full user journey from acquisition to monetisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics or data‑science teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence product and engineering decisions.
• Track record of building forecasting models, budgeting processes, and growth plans.
• Hands‑on experience designing and interpreting A/B experiments.
