Lead Cashier

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Cashier to oversee daily cash operations at our Westlands office. The role ensures accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting to support the finance function of a pharmaceutical company.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cash and till posting and reconciliation.
• Follow up outstanding cash sales with sales representatives and investigate variances.
• Consolidate branch cashier reports and submit management reports.
• Process petty cash and office consumable requisitions.
• Reconcile fuel expenditure.
• Verify and share proof of delivery documents.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in cash handling, cashiering or related finance functions.
• Ability to work accurately with cash, perform reconciliations and generate reports.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate variances.
• Entry‑level qualification (no specific degree required).
