About the role

We are launching a brand‑new outbound lead generation function at Boosta and need a self‑driven professional to build it from the ground up. As Lead Generation Team Lead you will design the strategy, create scalable processes and assemble a small team that will feed qualified prospects to our sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound lead generation strategy.
• Design, test and continuously improve scalable prospecting processes and acquisition channels.
• Hire, onboard and coach a team of 4‑5 Lead Generation Specialists.
• Set clear performance targets, monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to define qualification criteria and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Analyse data to optimise workflow efficiency and pipeline predictability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a lead generation function or team.
• Experience leading high‑performing teams and driving results with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of outbound prospecting across multiple acquisition channels.
