Lead, IT Change & Interventions

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Lead, IT Change & Interventions to join its global Transformation Delivery and IT (TDIT) team. The role focuses on driving testing, cut‑over, and data‑migration activities across transformation initiatives and other IT projects, ensuring that digital solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead testing, cut‑over and data‑migration components of transformation initiatives.
• Partner with project leaders to define test approaches, scope and scenarios.
• Resolve IT‑related roadblocks and manage sub‑projects or change requests that arise.
• Oversee IT projects outside the formal transformation portfolio, such as Citrix migration and Microsoft shared tenancy implementations.
• Identify and mitigate business risks, dependencies and delivery issues.
• Ensure adherence to governance, standards and PMO processes across all initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT change, testing and transformation activities.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and project managers.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to address unexpected technical issues.
• Familiarity with IT governance and change‑management methodologies.
