Learning Specialist – Remote, AI‑Driven 2‑Hour Learning

About the role

Join 2 Hour Learning as a remote Learning Specialist, where you will turn AI‑generated performance data into real‑time coaching for K‑8 students. Working from any Wi‑Fi‑enabled location, you’ll help children master academics in just two focused hours each day.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate academic data reports and analyze student performance to identify issues and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid‑response “rescue” calls and post‑assessment coaching sessions to remove learning blockers.
• Evaluate new educational apps, design AI/LLM prototypes, and automate workflows that accelerate learning speed.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, mastery thresholds, and AI‑tutor tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience coaching K‑8 students one‑on‑one or in small groups.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on data analysis combined with direct learner support.
• Proven ability to use Google Sheets or Excel for lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charting.
• Experience (6 months+) with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot in a professional workflow.

Required skills

• Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts).
• AI‑assisted tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for data‑driven insights.
• Basic programming for API queries (Python, JavaScript).
• Data analysis and visualization.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote contract (40 hours/week) at $30 USD per hour, equivalent to $60 k USD per year.
