About the role

We are assisting leading US and international law firms in expanding their litigation capabilities by recruiting senior equity partners. This confidential search targets experienced litigators ready to elevate their practice within a supportive platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial, securities, white‑collar, and government investigations.
• Manage class actions, product liability, antitrust, bankruptcy, and insurance disputes.
• Develop and grow a profitable client portfolio, including institutional and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with corporate, regulatory, and associate teams to enhance service delivery.
• Contribute to firm strategy, business development, and practice growth.

Required profile

• Established litigation practice with a credible client following.
• Proven track record of generating significant revenue and profitability.
• Strong courtroom and trial experience, preferably with recognizable institutional clients.
• Ability to assess and transfer practice assets, including conflicts and portability.
