Loan Officer

About the role

Inuka Africa Limited, a micro‑finance institution operating in Kenya since 2011, is seeking motivated individuals to join its team as Loan Officers. The role focuses on providing financing, training, and support to micro‑enterprises, smallholder farmers, and agribusinesses across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Promote loan products and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver client training on financial management and loan usage.
• Assess client creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals.
• Make credit decisions in line with institutional policies.
• Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 24 years.
• Diploma in any business‑related discipline (highly encouraged).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in table banking, group lending, or agribusiness is an advantage.
• Willingness to work anywhere in Kenya and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in the credit industry or target‑driven environments is a plus.
