Location Manager – Catering Operations

About the role

The Location Manager will lead daily catering and site operations for our client sites, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. This role combines operational oversight with financial accountability, driving performance in a remote and challenging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily catering, food preparation, and site service delivery.
• Monitor and achieve financial targets, budgeting, and cost control.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Lead, coach, and schedule teams, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, inventory, and health & safety audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in catering operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Food Safety and Hygiene certification.
• Proven ability to manage teams in remote locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
