About the role

The L'Oréal For Youth (L4Y) Internship offers a full‑time, hands‑on experience with L'Oréal East Africa. Interns will work on real projects and contribute to team goals across key business areas such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, Engineering, or E‑Commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver assigned projects that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Analyse data and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Support daily operations in the chosen business area.

Required profile

• Motivated Bachelor’s students graduating between 2023 and 2025.
• Demonstrated learning agility, adaptability, and resilience.
