Maintenance and Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Maintenance and Operations Coordinator will oversee building repairs, coordinate with technicians, and ensure day‑to‑day operational smoothness across our real‑estate portfolio. You will act as the primary point of contact for service providers and internal staff, guaranteeing that maintenance activities align with client expectations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and schedule building repair tasks.
• Liaise with external technicians and contractors to execute maintenance work.
• Supervise subordinate staff and monitor their performance.
• Coordinate with service providers to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, costs, and service agreements.
• Assist the real‑estate management team with client service requests.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate management and client service delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building repair processes.
• Familiarity with paint colour codes and specifications (advantageous).
