Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Maintenance Coordinator to lead and optimise maintenance operations across our manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for maximising equipment reliability, improving operational efficiency, and guiding a team of technicians through structured maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Plan and prioritise corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Drive continuous‑improvement and reliability projects using lean, TPM and root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Oversee procurement, vendor coordination and maintenance budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or coordination within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and data‑driven maintenance approaches.
• Knowledge of continuous‑improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or TPM is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
