About the role

Greenstep is expanding its CFO services fund team and seeks an experienced finance professional to lead consulting projects for investment and capital funds. The role involves supporting clients with reporting, accounting, and training activities while contributing to internal development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist funds and stakeholders with regulatory and investor reporting requirements.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for investor queries and fund accounting tasks.
• Deliver timely training sessions on reporting and compliance topics.
• Contribute expertise to Greenstep’s internal process improvements.
• Collaborate with client management, boards, and owners to ensure high‑quality financial services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the fund industry, especially reporting to regulators and investors.
• Relevant education such as a KTM or tradenomi degree.
• Proven ability to work with senior management, boards, and owners.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge combined with excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Solution‑oriented, goal‑driven mindset with a proactive sales attitude.
