Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end recruitment strategies and execution across Kenya and the broader East Africa region for a leading organization in the dairy, agro‑tech, and farming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle from requisition intake to offer closure for farm operations, dairy processing, agro‑tech, and corporate functions.
• Develop strategic sourcing initiatives using LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, talent mapping, and regional professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Enhance candidate experience and drive employer branding across recruitment touchpoints.
• Track, report, and optimise key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and quality of hire.
• Ensure compliance with local Kenyan labour laws and employment regulations.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the Kenya talent market, regional compensation benchmarks, and labour laws.
• Demonstrated expertise in passive candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and ATS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
