Market Expansion Aftersales Executive

About the role

The Market Expansion Aftersales Executive will drive growth of after‑sales products and services across Nairobi and the wider Eastern & Central regions. You will identify new market opportunities, recruit and support dealers, and ensure strong customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities for after‑sales products within assigned territories.
• Conduct market surveys, territory mapping and competitor analysis to shape expansion strategies.
• Develop and implement regional market penetration plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Recommend locations for service centres, spare‑parts outlets and dealer shops.
• Recruit, evaluate and onboard new dealers; provide orientation, training and operational guidance.
• Maintain dealer relationships, conduct regular visits, monitor sales performance and suggest improvement actions.
• Drive spare‑parts sales, monitor stock movement and support inventory planning.
• Promote after‑sales services, support promotional campaigns and ensure timely distribution.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback, delivering prompt after‑sales support.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and market activity reports.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of experience in sales, business development or after‑sales support.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for dealer visits and market surveys.
