Marketing Associate

About the role

Navaide is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to support brand implementation, develop marketing materials, and boost our presence across digital and traditional channels. You will lead projects, manage content, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver high‑impact marketing solutions aligned with our mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop promotional papers, advertisements, and social media posts.
• Execute campaigns that reflect Navaide’s brand strategy and business goals.
• Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, track engagement, and refine content strategy.
• Assist with website content updates and digital branding initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate conferences and events, handling logistics and on‑site or virtual support.
• Drive internal communications, including leadership messages, employee spotlights, and company‑wide updates.
• Create and maintain internal templates consistent with brand guidelines.
• Research market trends to inform campaign ideas.
• Track and report on marketing performance, recommending improvements.
• Maintain SharePoint content and manage swag procurement, inventory, and fulfillment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or internal communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
