Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to coordinate the day‑to‑day execution of The Design Gallery’s marketing activities. Working closely with our marketing agency and internal teams, you will manage content, social media, campaigns, events and brand initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and consistent brand representation. You will also support showroom activities and help drive brand awareness across premium customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between The Design Gallery, the marketing agency and internal teams.
• Coordinate marketing briefs, campaigns, content requirements, approvals, deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain and manage the marketing and social media content calendar.
• Gather photography, video, project information and other assets for content creation.
• Review and ensure marketing and social media content aligns with brand standards.
• Schedule and publish approved content across relevant platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement, responding or escalating inquiries as needed.
• Support the execution of events, launches, exhibitions and other brand activities.
• Track marketing activities, agency deliverables and digital performance, preparing regular updates.

Required profile

• Academic qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, branding or events.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating social media platforms and content calendars.
• Strong written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Excellent coordination, organization and stakeholder‑management skills with high attention to detail.
