Marketing & Communications Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Communications Officer to help strengthen our brand visibility and generate new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team and support lead‑generation activities across digital, social and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns on digital, social media and print platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and competitor activity.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, websites, blogs and email newsletters.
• Communicate effectively with customers, prospects and other stakeholders.
• Support lead‑generation and collaborate with sales to convert leads into opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs and analyse results.
• Recommend improvements to increase engagement and ROI.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Perform additional marketing and communication duties as assigned.
