Marketing & Customer Relationship Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing & Customer Relationship Coordinator will support the automotive sales team by managing customer interactions, nurturing leads, and coordinating marketing initiatives. This full‑time position is based in Nairobi and offers a blend of relationship management and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer data and interactions using the CRM system.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Qualify and follow up on leads generated from campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
• Assist the sales team with customer information and communication.
• Support the creation and execution of marketing content and social media campaigns.
• Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and relay insights to sales and management.
• Track lead progress and provide regular updates on opportunities.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
