Marketing Executive – Illusion Drips

About the role

The Marketing Executive for Illusion Drips will lead brand‑building activities in the retail, fashion and FMCG space, focusing on field activations and product tastings across Nairobi’s Westlands district. You will work closely with sales and operations to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product availability and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive field activations, promotions, and product tastings to increase brand visibility.
• Prospect and secure new distribution outlets, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitors and report on campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with product availability.

Required profile

• Mid‑level marketing professional with at least 24 months of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute activation and promotion campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
