Marketing Executive

About the role

Tourlast Limited is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement across its tourism and travel services. The role will involve planning, executing and analysing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with sales and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute and monitor digital and offline campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media channels with engaging content.
• Create marketing materials such as posts, email newsletters, promotional copy and website updates.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
• Generate and nurture leads through various channels.
• Coordinate events, partnerships and brand activations.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
• Support the sales team in customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in travel, tourism or hospitality is a plus.
