Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead the strategic positioning and creative execution of Tembo Wild’s luxury travel brand. Reporting to senior management, you will design and launch digital campaigns, capture premium visual assets across African destinations, and drive lead‑generation initiatives to expand the company’s international footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to key destinations to capture high‑end photography, video footage and experiential media at luxury properties, national parks and cultural landmarks.
• Transform travel experiences and regional insights into evocative long‑form and short‑form copy for high‑net‑worth audiences.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, cold‑email sequences and social‑media content that reflect a premium “luxury leisure” aesthetic.
• Establish content workflows, SOPs and mentor a future internal content creation team.
• Curate and maintain brand assets across all public‑facing platforms, ensuring consistency and visual excellence.

Required profile

• Mid‑level marketing professional with at least 48 months of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to travel frequently and work on‑site in diverse African locations.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills tailored to high‑net‑worth clientele.
