Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive integrated marketing initiatives for a healthcare and pharmaceutical retail business in Nairobi. You will create campaigns, manage brand activations, and support digital and social media efforts to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Organise brand activation events, product launches and exhibitions, working with vendors and internal teams.
• Create, schedule and manage content across social media platforms and run paid and organic digital campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Promote products and services, collaborating closely with the sales team to support launches.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports, manage budgets and maintain marketing calendars.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role, preferably in healthcare or retail.
• Proven experience in brand activations, digital/social media campaigns and market analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical abilities.
