Marketing Generalist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Generalist to lead our digital presence for a Maryland‑based mental health and rehabilitation center. Working remotely, you will create empathetic content, automate patient communications, and engage our community to drive inquiries and brand trust.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar focused on behavioral health awareness.
• Create visual assets, infographics, short‑form videos, and copy for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop automated patient engagement flows (e.g., missed‑appointment re‑engagement).
• Coordinate and send email newsletters with practice updates and wellness tips.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages with empathy and timeliness.
• Track and report on engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain HIPAA‑aware communications and ensure brand voice consistency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.
