Marketing Lead

About the role

Oasis Healthcare Group Limited is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive the brand and digital campaigns across its facilities in Nairobi. The role will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies that increase service uptake and strengthen market positioning within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Group campaign calendar, brand guidelines and creative standards across all facilities.
• Apply Group brand guidelines consistently to facility marketing materials and activities.
• Provide technical direction and performance oversight to facility Marketing Officers.
• Direct the Digital Media Marketing Officer and team on content, creative and digital channel strategy.
• Oversee the Insurance Relations Officer’s engagement plan with SHA and private insurers.
• Lead onboarding of new insurance/scheme clients at the facility level.
• Direct the Physician/Doctor’s Relations Officer’s referral and physician engagement program.
• Identify and follow up on local business leads, including corporate clients and small groups.
• Relay market intelligence to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications.
• Attend and contribute to weekly and monthly Group-wide marketing performance review meetings.
• Prepare and submit regular facility marketing activity and performance reports, including campaign reach, leads, and conversion outcomes.
• Track facility-level contribution to insurance/payer partnership growth and physician referral volume.
• Track campaign performance and report ROI, reach and conversion metrics monthly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• At least 4 years of marketing management experience, including brand and digital campaign leadership.
• Strong strategic marketing and market development abilities.
• Experience managing multi‑site marketing teams is an advantage.
• Demonstrated brand management and campaign planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
