Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will join Powervision Consultancy in Nairobi to lead digital marketing and brand management initiatives within the healthcare sector. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, engagement and client acquisition through both organic and paid strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Increase brand visibility, engagement, reach and client acquisition through organic and paid campaigns.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and YouTube.
• Manage advertising efforts using Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, SEM and analytics tools.
• Leverage AI‑powered marketing tools for content creation, audience targeting, automation and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum three years (36 months) of experience in digital marketing and brand management.
• Senior‑level expertise with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong copywriting, communication and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube.
• Hands‑on experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
• SEO and SEM knowledge.
• Google Business Profile and analytics tools.
• AI‑powered marketing tools for content creation and campaign optimisation.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
