Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing strategy for a fast‑growing property investment platform. This on‑site role focuses on generating high‑intent leads, building brand awareness, and supporting the sales team through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online lead generation for real‑estate investments.
• Manage Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other social‑media channels, overseeing content planning and short‑video production.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns while controlling the marketing budget and improving conversion efficiency.
• Analyse traffic data, monitor lead quality and continuously adjust tactics to maximise performance.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align goals and deliver qualified, high‑intent customer leads.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of digital marketing management experience, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Proven track record in social‑media operations and paid‑ads campaign management.
• Deep understanding of the Kenyan internet market and local user behaviour.
• Strong data‑analysis, budget‑control and project‑management capabilities.
• Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time with a reliable daily commute.
