Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for RapidGrowth Workforce Partners in Nairobi. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies for existing and new products, managing budgets, and analysing market and customer data to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities.
• Conduct market research to determine requirements for existing and future products.
• Analyze customer research, market conditions, and competitor information.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Expand and develop marketing platforms, including social media.
• Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.
• Determine and manage the marketing budget and ensure activities stay within budget.
• Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.

Required profile

• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in developing and managing marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
