Marketing & Operations Lead – Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing & Operations Lead will drive the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our industrial gas products while ensuring smooth coordination of daily operational activities across sales, logistics and production. Reporting to senior management, you will supervise a small marketing team and act as the bridge between marketing strategy and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns targeting key industrial sectors.
• Supervise daily marketing activities, including digital, social media and email campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor actions to inform strategy.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and customer touch‑points.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective resource use.
• Coordinate operational workflows between sales, logistics, production and customer service.
• Track stock levels, cylinder movements and delivery schedules to guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as delivery performance and response times.
• Train, mentor and evaluate members of the marketing team.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead marketing projects and supervise a team.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis.
• Excellent coordination skills across marketing and operational functions.
• Good communication skills and ability to present data to senior leadership.
