Marketing Projects Executive

About the role

The Marketing Projects Executive will lead the planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet lead generation and enrolment targets. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality marketing collateral on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of marketing campaigns, aligning with lead generation and enrolment goals.
• Develop and manage timelines, deliverables, and project schedules.
• Coordinate multi‑channel efforts across digital, social media, email, WhatsApp and events.
• Collaborate with content, design and digital teams for consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee creation, quality control and distribution of marketing collateral.
• Monitor performance, track metrics and prepare actionable reports.
• Track campaign budgets and ensure efficient resource use.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies and partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
• Align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination or project management, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and meet deadlines.
