Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Talents2Germany is looking for a remote Marketing Specialist to support employer acquisition and showcase the value of global technology talent. The role blends creativity, execution, and meticulous attention to detail to produce persuasive marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to enhance commercial messaging and support employer acquisition.
• Plan and create content for marketing and sales audiences, including presentations, proposals, documents, and customized offers.
• Support SEO, answer‑engine optimization, LinkedIn growth, email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM management.
• Prepare webinars, optimize landing pages, and develop conversion‑focused materials.
• Contribute to graphic design, video editing, and AI‑supported content creation.
• Review and refine materials for accuracy, consistency, visual quality, and relevance to employers.
• Own projects, identify improvement opportunities, and drive measurable marketing outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience creating marketing content and sales materials.
• Strong written communication, editing, proofreading, and visual attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate remotely.
