Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and capture market share for a manufacturing company. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands‑on campaign management to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective utilization of resources.
• Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, product launches and corporate events.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to support business development initiatives.
• Manage the company's digital marketing platforms, including social media and website content.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years progressive marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
