Mass Recruitment for Lamu Refinery Project – Multiple Skilled Roles

About the role

These are full‑time positions based in Lamu, Kenya, supporting the upcoming Lamu Refinery and Petrochemical Project. Recruitment Giant is building a workforce database of experienced semi‑skilled and support workers for a range of construction, operations, logistics and site‑support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate light vehicles, trucks, buses, forklifts and heavy equipment.
• Perform construction and maintenance tasks such as rigging, scaffolding, pipe fitting, masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling and steel fixing.
• Provide site services including cleaning, housekeeping, catering, fire watching, facility and laundry attendance, and warehouse assistance.
• Assist plumbers, pipe fitters, riggers and scaffolders in their daily activities.
• Handle loading, off‑loading and store management duties.

Required profile

• Previous experience in refinery, oil & gas, construction, petrochemical, power plant, manufacturing or major infrastructure projects.
• Reliability, suitability for semi‑skilled or support roles and ability to work on a large‑scale industrial project.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and comply with safety and compliance standards.
