About the role
The Coast Water works Development Agency is seeking an entry‑level Mechanical Engineer I to support the design, maintenance and inspection of motor vehicles, plant equipment and machinery used in water‑works projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical systems.
- Repair and maintain motor vehicles, plants and machinery.
- Carry out repair work on motor vehicles and machinery as required.
- Inspect motor vehicles and plant equipment and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Verify required spare parts for motor vehicles and machinery and prepare valuation reports.
- Develop specifications for motor vehicles and plant equipment.
